Room Available / Flatmate Wanted - Sharston

I'm looking for someone/a couple to move into my room in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Sharston with my current flatmate Bailey.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid-December or early January. Rent is £500 pcm with bills & council tax ranging between £200-£250 on top per month. All bills and rent currently go into a joint account before being paid out.

The room comes furnished with a king sized bed, chest of drawers and cupboard and comes with a separate private full bathroom you would exclusively be using. The room is quite spacious and can easily fit additional furniture. The remainder of the house is spacious and fully furnished with heating in every room. As a bonus, there is a mini putting green and a 65 inch TV for a cinematic movie night.

The apartment is located within a gated community and is located within a 15 min walk from Gatley train station and Gatley village that houses some class pubs, shops and restaurants. The apartment is also located within a 10 min walk from Aldi and Asda and a 5 min walk from the bus stop with 2 frequent busses into the city and a 10 min walk from the tram stop. The apartment is also conveniently located near the airport.

A bit about Bailey, he's an Aussie having lived in the UK for close to 2 years and works in sales. In the past as a flat we've enjoyed a good movie night or a trip down to the pub or a carvery after a session at the gym.

I'm sad to be leaving this amazing apartment, but hoping to find a lovely replacement to take over! It's been a pleasure living out here with Bailey, he has been tidy and respectful of my space and the house itself. Looking to find someone equally as clean and respectful.
