I’m looking for a young professional to take over my share in my lovely 2-bed flat in Sharston (M22 4RZ) from early January 2026, you’d be moving in with Bailey, a young professional from Australia, who has been living in the UK for the past 2 years. The current tenancy runs until August 2026 with the likelyhood of further extension, if you want.

- Fully furnished with king sized bed and mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe and heater
