We are proud to offer this very large double en-suite room in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom coach house in a great semi rural location. 10 mins walk to tram station were you can access all of greater Manchester. Manchester centre 20 mins on tram.

Kitchen is very spacious and it’s only shared with one other person.

The room is very large + fully furnished. All bills & super-fast included and no added fees.

We have a gated driveway and are close to Dunwood park. There is a bowling green aswell as a tennis court outside your door step and free to use!

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. Smokers allowed however no smoking in the house.

Close to shops & amenities aswell as transport links into the Greater Manchester area and only a short drive to the M62 and M60 motorway. Shaw Tram stop is 10 mins walk away.
