You’ll have your own private lounge/living room – a real bonus feature and your own dedicated space to relax.
Shared kitchen and dining area, plus your own fridge-freezer. Fast WiFi throughout the house.
Large established garden with patio area, great for relaxing. On-street parking always available.
The house is fully liveable and comfortable, with some minor areas that could benefit from cosmetic updating over time.
Bathroom is semi-shared – you’ll have the majority use; I only use it occasionally.

🐶 About Me & the Dogs
Live-in landlord, chilled and respectful. I keep to myself but I’m always up for a chat. I have two friendly Border Collies who are cat-friendly. They’re well behaved and mainly stay on my side of the house. You just need to be comfortable around dogs.

🧑‍💻 Current Housemate
One other housemate works in IT.

🔊 Household Vibe
Generally a calm, respectful home.
Weekdays tend to run roughly 7am–11pm in terms of normal household activity, but you’re free to keep your own routine. Just general consideration for noise during shared living times.
