Large established garden with patio area, great for relaxing. On-street parking always available.
The house is fully liveable and comfortable, with some minor areas that could benefit from cosmetic updating over time.
Bathroom is semi-shared – you’ll have the majority use; I only use it occasionally.
🐶 About Me & the Dogs
Live-in landlord, chilled and respectful. I keep to myself but I’m always up for a chat. I have two friendly Border Collies who are cat-friendly. They’re well behaved and mainly stay on my side of the house. You just need to be comfortable around dogs.

One other housemate works in IT.

Generally a calm, respectful home.
Weekdays tend to run roughly 7am–11pm in terms of normal household activity, but you’re free to keep your own routine. Just general consideration for noise during shared living times.
