About the Room: A bright double room with a large window, fully furnished with a double bed and a large free‑standing wardrobe. Clean, comfortable and ready to move into.

About the House: You’ll be living in a large 5‑bed detached home with plenty of space to breathe. Private lounge/living room just for you. Shared kitchen and dining room. Fast WiFi throughout the house. Large established garden with patio-great for relaxing. On‑street parking always available. Décor is perfectly livable, though a few areas could do with a touch‑up nothing major. Bathroom is semi‑shared (you’ll mainly have it to yourself; I only use it if I want a bath)It’s a big, comfortable home -not a cramped house share.

About Me & the Dogs: I’m a chilled, respectful live‑in landlord. I keep to myself but I’m always up for a chat or a bit of company. I have two friendly Border Collies. They’ll say hello, then stick to my side of the house. You just need to be someone who doesn’t mind dogs being around.

Who I’m Looking For: A professional preferred, but not essential - just someone decent, respectful and easy to live with. Non‑smoker. Quiet or sociable - either is fine. No wild parties, but friends visiting for dinner/drinks is totally fine. No age preference. Must be okay with dogs. There are spare rooms if you ever want a friend to stay over occasionally.

Rent & Terms: £650 per month.
All bills included.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
Move‑in date: around 1st August 2026.
No strict minimum stay, but 6 months preferred.
