We’re looking for one like-minded housemate to join us in our cosy home, nestled in a charming village just 3 miles from Wigan.

About the Home

🏡 Spacious & fully furnished – Large double bedroom (approx. 12.4 sq m) with king-size bed, wardrobe, and desk.

🚿 Shared spaces – A spacious bathroom with shower, plus an additional toilet on the same floor for convenience.

🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen & dining area – Ideal for cooking and occasional shared meals.

🌿 Outdoor space – A pleasant yard to relax and enjoy some fresh air. Lots of lovely countryside/canal walks on the doorstep!

🚗 On-street parking available directly outside the house.

⚡ High-speed fibre optic broadband – Perfect for working from home or streaming.

💡 All bills included – Energy, broadband, and council tax.
💷 £125 per week.

About Us

We’re friendly, sociable and caring people who enjoy getting to know the person we share our home with. At the same time, we really value peace and quiet at home. Our lifestyle is fairly active, healthy and calm, so this wouldn’t suit someone who is particularly noisy, loud or very talkative late into the evenings.

We’re a non-smoking home and would prefer a non-smoker/non-vaper. We also have a shoes-off approach indoors to help keep the space clean and homely.

We love to travel and may be away for a couple of months at a time, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with your own company and enjoy having your own space.

🐾 We share our home with our beautiful cat, Harley. It’s very important to us to find someone who genuinely loves cats and would be happy to offer companionship and care for him while we’re travelling.

Please note: the house has fairly steep stairs, so it may not be suitable for someone with mobility challenges.
