The apartment is in a great location, as just 5 minutes walk to the city centre (The Wharf/Dukes92), but also situated right on the river and close to the canal, which is great for winter or summer walks.
You can regularly see sunsets and cool boats going past from the balcony, which is also pretty cool!
Due to the location, the apartment feels more connected to nature than most city centre places (which is why I purchased it originally to live in!).
While also right next to a tram stop, with easy access to Ancoats, Piccadilly, Media City, Northern Quarter, etc.

The apartment is larger than most and very spacious. It is also fully furnished.
Living Room 🛋️ - Comfy Corner Sofa, TV, and even a desk/chair (mini office), which is great if you work from home.

Kitchen 👨🍳 - Brand New Appliances throughout, including Washer, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave etc. As well as a Breakfast bar area with stools.

The Bedroom is super large and stretches the entire length of the apartment. This includes a huge window with lots of natural light.
Fully furnished with a large King-sized bed and a high-end double sliding wardrobe with mirrors, it's designed for both comfort and style.
Person in the Other Room (Potential Flatmate): 👤
In the other room is Tom, a laid-back, easy-going professional working in recruitment. He is at work most of the time, but also enjoys hitting the gym and playing football. He values a clean, friendly living environment.
Ideally the other person will be a working professional similar.

Availability: 📆 Ready for move-in from Mid January 2024.
Generally looking for at least a 6-month contract. But I am also open to shorter if someone just needs a place for a month or two, although the rate will be slightly higher.
