Description
We are two female professionals, aged 25 and 24 looking for either a male or female flatmate!
We have a spacious three double bedroom, two bathroom unfurnished apartment on the raised ground floor of the Trilogy apartment building.
The en-suite bedroom, and second bedroom are already occupied, so it’s the smaller of the three large/spacious bedrooms we are looking to occupy. This room has a built in wardrobe, and access to the main bathroom. This room is priced at £425, excluding bills (there is an additional £8.33 to pay on top for the WiFi).

No agency or letting fees. Everything is managed and owned by the Trilogy. However, the deposit contribution is £500, and the apartment reservation contribution is £33.33.
In respect of furnishing the apartment, we are all responsible for furnishing our own bedrooms (all rooms have built in wardrobes). However, we anticipate the cost of furnishing the communal area will be about £600-900, so we are looking to contribute £200-300 each to furnish this area. Although, we are looking to keep it to £200 each!! We will also look to sell any communal furniture at the end of tenancy, and split the monies 3 ways!
We do also have some furniture like a TV stand, and a TV (the essentials).
Our move in date is set for 30th December!
A bit more about us... we are both in law. Katherine is a pupil barrister, and Alex a paralegal. We are both social, enjoy the gym, yoga, drinks on a Friday (or during the week), and want to find someone with shared interests! We are hoping to find someone who can be a friend as well as a flatmate!
One of us also has 3 small dogs back at home which may occasionally visit!
