Looking for a flat mate

My name is Amy and my lovely flat mate is moving out soon as she has bought her own house.
The flat is fully furnished, has a balcony, washer drier, and your own bathroom with a shower.

I am looking to share with someone who is happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy. Ideally, the person would be a professional or student who is also working a 9-5 like myself.

I would be happy to meet a flat mate and also become friends with that person too, but I also like my own space and would appreciate a flat mate who is similar. Quietness and calm is extremely important to me in my home so I would require someone who has similar needs.

I'm an introvert at heart and enjoy my alone time, however I do still love to be social and spend time with friends when I have time.
I'm quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful of other peoples space.
In my spare time I like to wind down with a good TV series, or getting stuck into a new game.
I'm not really a huge fan of cooking so I won't spend too much time in the kitchen!
