Looking for someone to fill a room in a 2 bedroom flat at Pomona Wharf in Cornbrook from September/October (can be flexible on dates). The current tenancy is until March 2025. My flatmate is relocating for work. I’m 24, sociable and looking for someone who i can also be friends with, as well as a flatmate! I would be looking for a young professional in order to pass reference checks.
The rent is £625 including Wi-Fi and bills come to around £100-120 per person, including council tax.
The flat is a ten minute walk from the tram station and by the canal so it’s super well connected to town.
The room is a double room with views over the canal and you will have your own bathroom.
There are also parking spaces for i believe £75-£85pcm, you’d have to enquire about availability.
Will be having flat viewings within the next couple of weeks so message if interested!
