Double Room Close to City Centre

My current flatmate is leaving the country at the end of November, so I have a double room with a phenomenal view of the city available. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and full length mirror. There is room for more storage, but this would be something you would need to arrange. The photos are recent, but we’re taken before my flare mate moved in so on viewing it will look slightly different. The flat is located in a very desirable location overlooking Manchester, with Deansgate Locks just 10 mins away for bars and nights out, easy bus train and tram access, along with a local Tesco just across the road for convenience. If you're into the gym, there are multiple within a 1 mile radius you can choose from.

Students and professionals both welcome. . I am a non smoker and would also be looking for a non smoker.

I am super chilled, very open minded and easy to get along with. I am open to having a chat, but also respect personal space and privacy. My main interests are Music, Food, Gigs Travelling and Fitness, pretty much anything that helps encourage positivity.
It’s all about being considerate and respectful of each other for me.

Rent is £625 per calendar month including all bills. A deposit of £625 along with 1 months rent will also be required to secure the room. Deposit is return at the end of the agreement, subject to no damage caused or arrears. Shorts stays also welcome
