Double room available from 1 August in a lovely 3 bed flat in Castlefield, walking distance to town.
After 3 great years in the flat, my flat mate is leaving to move back home to Devon. We are looking for someone to take over the room to join myself and my lovely housemate Charlotte.
Rent is £553 per month plus bills (approx £130 per month). You’ll be sharing a shower with one other housemate and parking is also available on site. A space in the gated car park is £85 per month.
The flat is in a lovely location next to the River Irwell and the canal. It’s a 10 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop or a 20 minute walk to Deansgate.
There is a Tesco express and co-op nearby, plus Regent Road retail park is a short walk away with a Big Sainsbury’s, Boots, gym etc.
We’re both really chill, easy going people who work office hours so ideally looking for someone who has a similar schedule.
My current flat mate has quit her job so we’re hoping to find a replacement ASAP and looking for someone to officially take over the tenancy from 1 August.
The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe and bedside tables.
