Female roommate wanted in lovely 2 bed flat

Hi! My housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a friendly and respectful woman to move in from the 7th of October. The flat is spacious, bright, and homely – perfect for someone who’s looking for a comfortable and relaxed living space.

The Flat:
• Open-plan living room and kitchen, and a large balcony.
• Separate laundry/utility room with the boiler, coat hooks and space for shoes.
• Medium-sized bedroom with large windows and access to the balcony.
• You’ll have your own large bathroom with a bath and shower (not en-suite, but right next door to the bedroom).
• Balcony access from all rooms – ideal for a morning coffee or some fresh air.
• Parking space included in the rent.

Rent:
Rent will be between £700 per month (each). Water bill is included in the rent, other bills are not.

About Me:
I’m clean, tidy and like to keep shared areas looking nice. I’m social and enjoy things like gym, games night, climbing, football, and the occasional night out – but I also really value quiet evenings in with a good film (🌿🌿). I work hybrid, as a data scientist, mostly from home during the week, so ideally looking for someone who works outside the flat for most of the day.

Due to the changes in the Renters Right Act, there are no longer monthly/yearly contracts but I am ideally looking for someone willing to stay for at least a year!
