Female roommate wanted in lovely 2 bed flat

Hi! My lovely housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a friendly and respectful woman to move in around the start of September (for a 12 month contract). The flat is spacious, bright, and homely – perfect for someone who’s looking for a comfortable and relaxed living space.

The Flat:
• Open-plan living room and kitchen, and a large balcony.
• Separate laundry/utility room with the boiler, coat hooks and space for shoes.
• Medium-sized bedroom with large windows and access to the balcony.
• You’ll have your own large bathroom with a bath and shower (not en-suite, but right next door to the bedroom).
• Balcony access from all rooms – ideal for a morning coffee or some fresh air.
• Parking space included in the rent.

Rent:
Rent will likely be between £600–£700 per month (waiting on final confirmation). Water bill is included in the rent, other bills are not.

About Me:
I’m clean, tidy and like to keep shared areas looking nice. I’m social and enjoy things like gym, games night, climbing, football, and the occasional night out – but I also really value quiet evenings in with a good film (🌿🌿). I work hybrid, as a data scientist, mostly from home during the week, so ideally looking for someone who works outside the flat for most of the day.
