Room for rent

Hi guys, I’m putting my room up for rent in a great flat! It’s 10 mins walk from cornbrook tram stop and in the other direction sainsburys, and 15-20 mins walk from Deansgate station. You would be living with 2 others in their mid-late 20s, one a boy named Tom and one a girl named Diana, who both enjoy a social chat after work or an excursion on the weekends. The flat is ground floor of the building, the living room over looks the canal and the bedroom looks out to the building’s courtyard where lots of pups are having their daily zoomies 🐶 while the room doesn’t have an ensuite, it has a private loo and the shower is shared in the main bathroom. Car park optional for a fee to be discussed with building manager, also bike shed and shared vege garden in the lobby.
