2 bed in St George's Island

Hiya. I'm Rich.

My flatmate's dropped the bomb that she's leaving to go travelling in September, so I have a double room in my flat at St George's Island available to rent.

The room's a good size (4. 4m x 2. 6m) with all the usual stuff (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables) and its own door to the balcony.

There's all the mod cons: big TV, hifi, PS3, 80 meg broadband Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, etc.

It's a 5 minute walk along the canal to Castlefield, 10 minutes to Deansgate. Cornbrook Metrolink is a 5 minute walk. I have a car, so we can do big Tesco runs and stuff at the weekend. There's no parking with the flat, but there's always on-street parking around the corner where I leave mine.

I'm a chilled out guy. I'm an IT Manager for a property investment company working Mon-Fri so I'm looking for a fellow professional. Send me a message, come see the flat, lets go for a coffee or a beer and see if we get on.
