I have a very clean and presentable flat in off ellesmere street castlefield. Im seeking to let 1 room to someone who really only needs be there 2-3 night mid week on a regualr basis. rooms spotless and has office desk, wood floor, internet. not a huge flat but suits someone as a base and very well maintained. im sociable professional who like a quiet home and to relax mid week. parking is on street only unless you want to rent a space. flat beside bars and is quite a trendy area. all bills incl. its about £25 per night if you wanted to agree just 2 nights a week etc. but needs to be regular.
