I’m listing a very large double room in my house on a quiet street 20yrds from Cheetaham park.
The room is bright and airy and comes with tons of storage.
You will be sharing with 2 other respectful lodger's.
I own the property, it's my home and anyone who stays would be treating as a home environment.
Although this is a terraced property, it has a large spacious feel to it.
This is a very clean and respectful household And I’m looking for someone similar to move in it will suit working professionals only.

Regarding viewings, I'm not available at the moment to show anyone around but the lodger who is moving out is more than happy to show anyone around the house if needed.

The room will be available from the end March/Early April.
