Newly decorated small double

I have a nicely decorated small double room available on a quiet street in Stalybridge situated next to Cheetaham park.
The property is 7 minutes walk to Stalybridge station trains to Manchester take 15minutes.
There is on street parking.
The room available is over looking the back garden and is furnished with a brand new double storage bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress , fitted wardrobe/cupboard space and a set of drawers.
The house will be shared with 2 other respectful housemates so I’m looking for another professional who knows how to respect others and the shared space.
The house feels very comfortable and you can barely tell anyone else lives there.
If your interested in viewing the room let me know and we can plan a visit but my time is limited so if I can ask only people who have a real interest and no time wasters (of which there are many).
