Important Information:

1. Parties and male guests are strictly prohibited within the house.
I prefer a female housemate as the living ones are female’ and this is a Halal household, so i’d prefer a Muslim mate.

2. Cleanliness is paramount; no housekeeping service is provided, so tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness themselves
3. The owner reserves the right to terminate the tenancy if these conditions are not met.
