Two spacious living rooms, one which we share, though I barely use, which is great if you want to relax outside of your bedroom! The one for our shared use has a sofa, dining table and chairs, office desk, a large flat screen TV, fire-stick, you can mirror your phone Netflix/amazon accounts to this/sign into this fire-stick with your account. Alexa - music. Nifty bike storage. Along with a place to keep some shoes etc.

Virgin broadband and boosters in the rooms.

High spec newly fitted bathroom (overhead rain shower and hand held shower over bath) - the bathroom is next to the advertised room - bonus!
Large garden, with 2 tiered decking...perfect afternoon/evening sun spot! Includes sun loungers, table, chiminea, BBQ and chairs.

Double cellar, fabulous storage space plus gym equipment room- exercise bike/weights/kettlebells etc for shared use.
Plenty of places to park.

Close to M60 and a short walk to Stockport train/bus station and town centre- which is a great place for bars and places to eat, with a lovely market.

Frequent trains to Manchester City centre (9 minute train journey). New bus station close by.

Close to a variety of local supermarkets/takeaways/hairdressers/chemists etc (walking distance).


Heaton moor, Cheadle, Didsbury and Bramhall all a short taxi ride away for lovely places to go for drinks/food in the evening.
