Residential area in Brinnington, Stockport, close to amenities with easy access to Brinnington train station (8 min walk with 10 mins into Manchester Piccadilly) and M60.
Close to Stockport, Reddish and Heaton, with Morrison's, ASDA and Tesco all within a mile or two.

### Rooms

Four bed double house with one of the doubles available (one double already rented). Smaller double (available) comes with a closet, chest of drawers, and two side tables, with a double bed and memory foam mattress. Larger double (not available) comes with the same but a larger closet. Whole house was refurbished in 2020, with a new kitchen and bathroom suite. Smaller double is available only now

### Bills & Bits

All bills included in the rent, inclusive of electricity, gas, WIFI, council tax etc. Looking for people who can make a house a home and are respectful of the house, neighbours and wider area. Deposit one month's rent, which will be entered into a tenancy deposit scheme. Any prospective tenant would be asked for references and surety of their job position.
