I have a spare room available. I live in davenport (south Manchester) right by the train station with easy access to the Manchester city centre, it takes about 15 mins by train.
I have been renovating for a year and just have the landing to finish. I am relocating with work and want to rent out my room. The second bedroom currently has a female tenant who you will be living with.
The whole house is recently decorated with new carpets and flooring along with a brand new kitchen.
Finally, there is street parking but no drive way.

She works away a lot but when she is home she works from home. She goes to the gym, enjoys cooking, and socialising. Likes a glass of wine, good film and has been a pleasure to live with the past 12 months. It’s unfortunate I am relocating but hope to find another housemate for Samantha.
