Double room in two bed house available in November

Comfortable double room available in a two bed house. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. My lovely housemate is moving out mid-November and I'm looking for someone to take her room.

Vernon Park and Woodbank Park are at the end of the road, perfect for a walk or the Park Run on a Saturday. Takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the shops and bars in the Underbanks, or twenty minutes to the train station.

Rent includes shared bills, including council tax, TV licence, and internet. There is parking on the street outside the house, never had an issue finding a place to park. The stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep.

I work from home most of the time. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and growing veg in the garden. Looking for someone who will be respectful of shared spaces (tidy) and good to chat with over a cuppa or the occasional meal. Would best suit someone who doesn't work from home all the time. Vegetarian/vegan preferred, feminist, LGBTQI+ household.
