Double room available in a two bedroom extended Victorian terraced house in the Heatons. On a quiet one-way street overlooking a small park. There's a living room, dining room and separate kitchen with a breakfast bar. Plus a utility room and a cellar room if you'd like to store anything. All utility bills, Internet and council tax are included.

The bedroom has a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk with shelves, chest of drawers, under bed storage boxes, and full length mirror. The desk could be switched out for a comfy chair if you don't need one.

The house overlooks green space and is five mins walk from the supermarket. Transport links are excellent, to trains (Heaton Chapel station is 9 min to Manchester Piccadilly), buses on the A6, and the M60 is close by. There's street parking too. Heaton Moor with fancy bars and restaurants is within walking distance. Stockport centre is a 20min walk.

I also have a 3 year old cat who's super sweet and gentle.

I work as a doctor, mainly 9-5 with some weekends here and there. I love being outdoors, running, yoga, dancing, writing, and cooking (I'm pescatarian). The house would suit someone easygoing, tidy and looking for a calm and homely place ☺️. IMGs are welcome. Thanks for reading!
