Please note: This room has a mezzanine double bed with a clearance of approx. 5'10". The room is for single occupancy only.

My current lodger is moving out, so I have a lovely, cosy room available in my home from July 1st, 2026. The room overlooks a south-facing private garden with patio.

I share the home with two friendly cats, so this would suit someone who is comfortable around cats.

-Is looking for a longer-term stay (minimum around 3 months, preferably longer)
-Is self-sufficient and comfortable with own routine
-Values a peaceful, low-key home environment
