New housemate needed in Heaton Mersey

Hiya! I’m Liv, i’m 32 and work in mental health, and am looking for a new housemate to move into the house I rent in Heaton Mersey. The available room is a good sized double, the house has a lovely living room, kitchen and conservatory with a big garden at the back.
The house is ideally located in Heaton Mersey (Stockport) very close to the M60 ideal for commuting, and in between east didsbury and Stockport train stations. It’s only a 10 minute drive to didsbury and around 25 minutes into Manchester.

I’m a fun and outgoing person and would ideally like to share the house with someone who I can do nice things with! I’m just as happy going on a walk in the Peaks as i am on a night out, but also love to chill in the evenings, cook some nice food and chill on the couch. I’m a tidy, respectful housemate and also respect others’ space and privacy.

The room is definitely available from the start of October, but could even be available a bit sooner in September if need be!
