Single female looking for flatmate (read full ad)

Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate (female) in Heaton Mersey, Stockport.

I’m still working out the rent for winter but it’s £555 all in without heating, then it will go up to around £600 (max) with the heating on. I’m also getting my heating equipment upgraded Nov 11th and that will cut the costs slightly.

I have a large, furnished double room with a good sized built-in closet in a quiet 2nd floor flat (we’re the top floor).

There’s lots of natural light throughout the flat.

From the flat it’s a 20-minute walk to Burnage station and East Didsbury tram stop, or a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch the 23, 42, 42A, 753, or 761.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. Good communication and a sense of humor are a must!

A bit about me: I just turned 40 (eek) but am young at heart! I work in hospitality in the Northern Quarter. My hours vary each week, though I always have Mondays off. I love horror films, going to gigs and trying new things. I’m wanting to cook more at home too (because I eat out way too much!).
