Double Room in Romiley With Seperate Office Space

Set in the Peak District in Romiley, just a five minute walk to the train station (direct train to Manchester in 20 mins) I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flat mate.

My house is a 3 bed Victorian semi detached that backs on to Romiley Park. With a large kitchen dinning space and communal living room. I work in the office 5 days a week so you will have full access to the spare room which can be used as an office space.

All bill, Netflix etc included. Happy for the room to be decorated to the persons taste for long term lets. Fully furnished. The room looks over the garden and park and has a good sized balcony.
