Looking for a female roughly 28-35 who works full time (not from home). Ideally a hospital worker/nurse etc for stepping hill hospital as this would be a perfect location.

A double furnished room to rent, use of the main bathroom (which will pretty much be your own), shared kitchen and living room space. 1 parking space on a Large double driveway, in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite stepping hill hospital. 2 minutes walk from bus stop, 10/15 minutes walk to train stations.

I am a 30 year old single female who will be living in and works full time, the house is a very recently fully renovated 3 double bedroom property. My bedroom and ensuite is in a large dormer loft so privacy of our own floors for bedrooms.
Use of a lovely large garden with a timber built extension.

I will be requiring references and £300 security deposit, I've spent a lot of time and money on renovations and the house is finished to a high standard, I love my home so am looking for someone who will respect it in the same way.
