Security Deposit: £663.75 each (full amount split 50/50); I made a comprehensive photographed move-in inspection so we're protected from false/bad faith claims landlords often try.

Payments: Transparent utility management, I organise this currently and have a house bank account that both our monthly utilities payment (with/without council tax upto you if you want to send your half seperate). Then all our payments going out from this. Your name would also be added to all the accounts so you can audit/check this as you wish. I can also have a direct debit forward rent if you want to just have one monthly payment for everything.
