I’m looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share my home with. I’m open to both short- and long-term stays, and the move-in date is flexible.

- Clothes rail
If you prefer to bring your own furniture, I’m happy to clear the room completely.

A bright and modern ground-floor duplex in a beautiful period building of just eight apartments. You’ll enjoy:

Located on a quiet, leafy private road, just 5 minutes’ walk to Davenport Station, with direct trains to Piccadilly and the Peak District. Local perks:
- Frequent buses to Stockport (10 mins), or a 30-min walk
- Charming Davenport high street with cafés, baker, butcher, shops and parks
- Stepping Hill Hospital is a 25-min walk away
- It’s a peaceful, well-connected neighbourhood with everything you need close by.

My interests include fitness, wellness, coffee dates, trying new restaurants, travel, gigs, the arts and spending time outdoors. I enjoy my own space but also love a good glass of wine, a chat or a movie night. I mostly work from home, but also from co-working spaces and the gym — and you’re very welcome to do the same.
