You'll get a lockable door, bills included (within reason) & internet. TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime. Dishwasher, washing machine, modern bathroom & kitchen and door camera. I'm a reasonable person and happy to discuss any specific changes.
The room is [will be] furnished with wardrobes, desk, small double bed, TV. No smoking indoors.
You'll need to have no problem with my cat including occasional feeding. He doesn't need any access to your room but needs to know he's liked.
