Double Bedroom, modest mid terraced house

Bedroom has one large window. Measurement is 3.73 m X 3.28 m – 12'3” x 10’9”

There is a large wardrobe that should be more than adequate for clothes. There is a double bed with a drawer underneath to keep things in as well.

There should be more than enough room for a desk if you are working from home.

The Location: 🚄

Located very close to the ASDA Reddish Super Market which has a variety of shops including Mcdonalds, Halfords and Wickes and is in walking distance

The house is also 1 mile away from Heaton Chapel Train Station, the 192 runs regularly as well which is also close by if working in Manchester

The House: 🔑

Mid Terraced two-bedroom house on a quaint, quiet road that is one way but close to the main Manchester Road. There is no off-road parking unfortunately but normally space to park, I have had no trouble with parking my car or damage to the car in the last couple of years living here.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and there is a shared living room. There is central heating throughout the house. There is also a chest freezer if you are someone who likes batch cooking

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is only one bathroom downstairs which has a lock.

The garden is small and has been a work in progress since last year. There is a garden furniture set and a shed for bikes (although mainly has tools in at the moment). The neighbours are also very friendly who have lived there for a while.

I work for a local veterinary business as a registered nurse but have been off recently for personal issues. I will be going back mainly full time soon generally between normal working hours, although some finishes can be around 7/8 depending on the shift.

Gender type I don’t have a particular preference but would like them to be clean and tidy and respectable of the house, I would like you to think of it as your own.

Preferably a working professional, the house will be quiet enough for someone if they need to be doing the majority of work from home.

Animals are welcome as well as I love them, however please make sure animals are de-flead and well looked
