I’ve got a lovely, fully refurbished single bedroom available in my home. The room is bright and cosy, furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, and there’s space for a desk if you’re working from home.
The house itself has been recently renovated to a high standard, including a beautiful modern bathroom with both a walk-in rainfall shower and a bath. It’s a calm, clean and well-kept space with a homely feel rather than a party house.
There’s also a garden (perfect for summer evenings), and the location is super convenient - a 10-minute walk to the train station, plus the 192 bus runs straight into town.
I’m ideally looking for a young professional who’s relaxed, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Someone who wants a peaceful home environment and is happy to have the occasional chat but also values their own space.
