We have a bright, very spacious and comfortable room with your own big patio balcony available in a clean and peaceful house.

The room includes a king size bed, A LOT of storage and a large patio balcony all to your (this is the only smoking area if you smoke since the house is STRICTLY non smoking). It’s a great space with plenty of storage and natural light.

All bills are included in the rent (£700 per month). One month’s rent in advance plus one month’s deposit is required. The deposit is fully refundable when you move out.

Minimum stay is 6 months although longer stay would be preferred for the right candidate. After that, we’d appreciate a couple of months’ notice if you plan to leave.

Requirements:
• 2 references from previous landlords
• Copy of passport
• Proof of earnings (wage slip)
• Rent must be paid on time (last day of each month)
• No smoking inside the house

The house is in very good condition and we have a cleaner coming twice a month. There are two toilets:

• Ground floor: shower + washing machine
• Second floor: bathroom right next to your room

The kitchen is big — perfect if you enjoy cooking — and includes a small chill-out area with a sofa. There’s also a covered backyard leading to a larger shared estate yard.

Location is convenient:

• 24-hour Tesco – 15 minutes walk
• Local shops – 2 minutes away

There are currently three tenants. It’s a calm, tidy, respectful house — no parties, no chaos. Everyone gets along well and we’re looking for someone similar to join the house.
