Cosy double bedroom with bills included

Hi there! Hoping to find someone for our cosy and sunny double bedroom available in South Reddish, right next to the country park.

I swear the photos don’t do it justice but the room is fully furnished and gets plenty of afternoon sun, the lounge is cosy and the kitchen is spacious with lots of storage. I’ve also got a loft conversion upstairs which can be used as a work from home space if you need or as an additional chill out space, as well as also being great for storage. There’s a shed out the back too which is great for outdoor storage and there’s plenty of on-street parking.

It’s a quiet area but is only a 5 min drive to Stockport retail park, there’s an Asda 5 mins walk up the road and a big Tesco 15 mins walk away. It’s a 2min walk to the main road where there’s a bus into town pretty much every 10 mins, and it’s only 20 mins to walk into central Stockport too.

I’ve put that there are two housemates but it’s more like 1.5 as I’m the sole occupant (33yof) but my partner (36yom) is here about half the time as well. We’re both a bit nerdy and introverted but we are friendly and like a good mix of relaxing at home and going out for food and drinks. We’re both vegan so have a strong preference for another vegan or anyone who’s happy to stick to vegan friendly food in the house. 🌱🐷

The best fit for us would be someone similar who is house proud, clean and tidy, and likes a mix of socialising and having their own space. We also love cats but don’t have one so I am super open to welcoming in someone with a cat! No cat door yet but I would defs be open to installing one!
