Larger, bright gorgeous room available in Victorian terrace on a residential street in Edgeley.

Local Amenities:

- Edgeley high street 2 minutes walk (where co-op, post office etc is)
-Stockport station (10 minute walk)
-Aldi (10 minute drive)
-Park (5 minute walk)
- Stockport centre with loads of shops and cute cafes / restaurants etc. Also the highly rated underbank (15 minute walk)
-7 minute train to Manchester Picadilly
-council tax band B

Bills: roughly 180 pp per month (can fluctuate slightly during the year)

Little bit about me… I love nature, crafts, cosy living and being creative. I work 9-5 as a student education services assistant (hybrid 50 home / 50 in office). Looking for someone who wants to live in a calm, cosy, clean and tidy (but not militant) house. I’m up for cooking some meals for each other and enjoy a little chit chat. However, I do also value alone time, respecting space and a comfortable silence. I’m all about balance. Would want to live with someone who treats the house like a home and sanctuary. Not really looking for party vibes!

Something important to note about the room is that it is semi- furnished (only contains a bed frame, mattress and side table).

There is a wardrobe in the hallway which you are more than welcome to use. I’m good at finding bargains on market place and I can help you look for stuff (desk etc). The rest of the house is furnished with my own stuff (fridge, dining room table, washing machine etc) so no need to worry about that.
