Room in Edgeley

I’m moving out and my housemate is hoping to stay in the house, my current plan is to move on 5th October but could try and bring this forward if needed.

The house is a really lovely end terrace in Edgeley, you’re a 10 minute walk from the train and less than 5 minutes from Edgeley high street, there’s also lots of on street parking if you drive.

The room is a double and has a bathroom right next to it, there’s also another downstairs, we both use both bathrooms but i’m sure if you really wanted sole use of one Liv wouldn’t mind. There is a spare attic room which we currently use as storage / has a blow up bed for guests but if you worked from home would be a great office space. The house came unfurnished, the furniture in the room is all mine so will be going with me but I’d be happy to leave the double bed frame if needed (no mattress) most of what you see around the house is Liv’s, so you’d only have to furnish the room.

Rent is £600pcm
Bills are £209pcm (Council tax, Water, Energy & Wifi)
