The rooms are at the top of a three-storey house in a very quiet street. The bedroom has plenty of storage, a comfortable double bed and broadband access. The bathroom is for the sole use of the lodger. It has a bath with an electric shower and plenty of storage for toiletries. The kitchen is shared and all pots/utensils are available for use. There is a larder fridge solely for your use. There is a large cupboard with several shelves for food storage. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine for use. Lines outside for drying, and racks inside when it rains! We are a retired older couple who are sociable but value your privacy. There is a large cellar where you can keep a bike if necessary.
The rent includes all bills including council tax and broadband. There are train stations within 5 minutes walk which go to Stockport and Central Manchester. There are bus stops within five minutes walk. A great gastro pub is less than 5 minutes walk. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. Stepping HIll hospital is 10 minutes away on foot.
