Hi, I'm Marion and I have a Double room with it’s own private bathroom & Sitting Room/ office space on a separate floor in my house. This is available from the start of November. Available Monday - Friday only (No weekends).

Own private living room & office space (it’s like having your own flat within the house!)

Kitchen & Dining area
Courtyard and garden

Bills are not included. The usual: wifi, gas/electricity, water, council tax & a cleaner twice monthly. Bills usually around £210pp but may go up due to the energy crisis.

The Local area:
The house is in a great location for commuting both to the city centre (tram a short walk away) & to Salford Quays/ Media City, Manchester airport is 15mins by car, and we’re a few minutes drive to M60/M56/M6. We’re close to a pure gym, local shopping centre, parks & canal paths. We’re 1 mile from Chorlton.
The house itself is a lovely Victorian Terrace, decorated to a high standard in a quiet & friendly road.

About me:
I work full time at home. I’m sociable, friendly and love going to gigs, walks and eating out. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy.

Must like cats as I have a male cat named Stanley!
