I have a double bedroom available in a two bed apartment in Stretford, 5 mins away from Victoria Park, M60, Mall, bars, Pure gym, Foodhall, tram/bus stops.

The apartment is very cosy & homely feel, excellent location as a base with parking/bike shed available too. Price is inclusive of everything & all sorted by me - you can move in & don't need to worry about anything :)

Fully furnished, all modcons-
•Extra comfy double bed with plenty of storage underneath, large double wardrobe, desk/chair. Also attic for extra storage.
• Two bathrooms (large bathroom would have your sole use)
• Cosy lounge with TV (tv licence), Netflix & strong broadband - ideal for the current circumstances!
• Nice kitchen & dining area, also washer/dryer
• Ample secure car parking space outside also secure bike shed
•Location is very central for many walking/driving routes; 5 mins walk to Stretford tram stop (approx 10 mins journey into city centre, close to many bus routes/airport. 10 mins cycle into nearby Chorlton, Trafford Centre, Salford Quays, or Sale along the canal tow path.

After short-term, would potentially consider someone on placement, short-term or Mon-Fri let best to get in touch and we can discuss options further.
Not seeking someone working from home or long term basis, more of a stopping gap.
