Light, spacious double room in Stretford share

The room is a bright and comfortable double on the first floor. Of the furniture pictured, I'll be leaving the bed, wardrobe, the larger set of drawers and the wall mounted shelves. On top of the storage in the room itself there is also a sizeable loft and cupboard under the stairs.
Shared spaces include the bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining room, cosy living room (complete with chesterfield sofa, 80 year old cactus and one of the biggest cheese plants you'll ever see) and also the garden, of course.

Rent and bills amount to £370 per month all in.

Our house is brilliantly located for convenience; Stretford tram stop is a 5 minute walk, the shopping mall and Aldi are both 2 minutes away on foot as well the newly opened food hall, a local library, numerous bus stops, Bridgewater Canal and the town hall (host to all kinds of great activities)
Travel to the city centre takes around 15-20 minutes on the tram or by bike, less to drive. Chorlton is a 15 minute walk away and Altrincham is 10 minutes by tram.

Housemates are Paul, a bar manager, very talented artist, peanut butter maker and all round superb guy as well as Aiva, who joined us in the summer after moving north from Northampton to pursue a career in photography editing and retouching. Both are ideal people to share a home with, incredibly respectful, welcoming, interesting and decent.

We also have a rotating cast of local cats who come by from time to time, so while we don't strictly have any pets, it's worth bearing this in mind should you be wanting to bring a pet of your own, or if you have allergies.
