Friendly Victorian house share in Stretford

Hi all! We're looking for a new housemate to join our spacious 4-bed house share in Stretford.

Heather (28) is an SEN teacher, Tom (26) is an electrician and Chris (28) works for a housing association. We're all 3 easy-going, enjoy cooking, music and socialising in the house, as well as going out to the pub/dancing.

The location is very convenient. Stretford tram stop is a 10 minute walk from the house, so it's very easy to get into town. There are also plenty of bus links close to the house, and we are just off the M60. If you're into climbing, Depot bouldering wall is a 20 minute walk away!

The house is very spacious and has a big communal living room and kitchen, as well as a spare room and cellar (so plenty of storage). We have two bathrooms and our conservatory has just been renovated! There's also a pretty garden, which backs out onto Victoria Park - great for BBQ's :) We enjoy hanging out in the living room and kitchen together, but the house is big enough that everyone also has their own private space.

There is lots of nearby access to green space. The garden backs out on Victoria Park, and there is also Stretford meadows and the canal close by. Stretford Mall is a short walk from the house - this has a large Aldi, quality save, and boots etc.

The double room available has a view out the back of the house into Victoria park. It comes furnished with most of what you see in the pictures. Let us know if you're interested and a bit of information about yourself. We're happy to do in person or virtual viewings. Thanks :)
