Cosy Stretford Terrace Houseshare

Hiya I'm Bec and Im looking for a housemate to share a beaut little terrace with me in Gorse Hill / Stretford.

My best pal owns the house and has shacked up with her lovely fella so I'm looking for a fab new housemate to share the abode with!

The house has all the gorgeous features of an old house and the price includes rent & council tax but bills will be on top of that. The street is quiet, super friendly and has a Co-Op just around the corner (essentials!). It's right in-between Stretford Tram stop and Old Trafford tram stop, we also have on street parking.

The room is a double room and we even have a spare 3rd double bedroom for visitors, great for mates to stay after a pint or 2 at Stretford Foodhall just down the road. Alternatively, it is also up for grabs as an office for WFH.

A bit about me, I am 31 and work as a Freelance Content Producer, love a chat and am a fan of food, music, gigs and being a home bird.

I would love to find someone super sound, tidy and preferably a fan of binge watching rubbish tele. I'm looking for someone who wants to share the house a home and preferably not looking for a short term let.
