My partner and I are moving out due to change in job location. We want someone to takeover our remaining 3 months tenancy.
We share our semi-detached house with our US roommate. The house comprises of total 3 rooms, 2 double bed and one single bed room. Refurbished toilet with a bathtub, a spacious living room, fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful backyard with a barbecue set. The surrounding area is residential and there is a park nearby if you prefer to exercise outdoor. There is Co-op and spar nearby. 256 Bus directly connects to city centre.
Our roommate is a quite and adjusting person so we would prefer the same as his new tenant.
The rent of both the rooms if taken together (preferably
by couple) is £935 which included water and broadband bills. Electricity and Gas are not included.
Separately, the rent for double bed room is 550 pcm and for the single bed room is 385 pcm.
