Friendly and spacious house in Stretford

Hiya, we have one room available in our shared house as one of our house mates is leaving us..

In the house is myself, Chris, i'm 29 and work as a sustainability manager for a housing association, Joe (29) is a vet nurse and Jack (24) works for BBC. There is a nice vibe in the house as we all get on well so want someone who fits in well. We're not always together as a group but quite often do stuff together like go to pub quiz, climb (depot is 5 mins away) or just hang out.

The house is a big old victorian one with plenty of space. The room going is pretty big and has double doors looking out onto the park. Good sized living room kitchen, conservstory, 2 bathrooms, basement for storage and spare room which has music stuff in including a piano and a nice garden.

Think the location is pretty good, especially having Victoria Park at the back and can get into it through the back gate. Great for lazing around in summer and got tennis courts, football, cafe and other bits. Got aldi and stretford mall 5 mins away and some decent bars for a few pints. Close to metrolink and got busses in all directions.

Rent includes cleaner once a week and gardener once a month
