As the only lodger, you would be sharing with myself who is a live in landlady with many year’s experience of having lodgers here.

The house has excellent transport links and is only a short bus ride to Manchester City centre along with:
- Excellent metro-link access to Altringham, Trafford and Manchester Central
- Ten minute walk to Media City (BBC/ITV/Salford Quays)
- Ten minute walk to Chorlton
- Short distance from Stretford food hall
- Quick access to all main motorway links M60/M56 airport
- Five mins walk to Old Trafford football stadium

As a fellow housemate I have interests in music, art, theatre and film. I have travelled extensively and am sociable. The house would be ideal for someone older, who enjoys food and culture but also likes a quiet space at home with time to cook and enjoy a slower pace in life, at the same time as enjoying all the wonderful independent bars and restaurants Chorlton and Stretford have to offer.
