The space available consists of two rooms. The second bedroom in a terraced house and the adjoining loft.

The loft is set up as the bedroom and the adjoining space has wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa bed (desk is optional).

The stairs to the loft are slightly steep so this room would suit someone who is able to easily get up and down them.

Share with me, live in landlord. Have access to the rest of the house as well including kitchen, living room, dining room and shared bathroom. I co-parent with a dog so he’s here half of the time. He’s friendly, but will bark at the sound of the door and when people are leaving. I work long hours so am not in a lot of the time but generally more present over weekends and school holidays.

£800 individual includes rent and all bills.
£1200 couple includes rent and all bills.

House is situated a 15 minute walk from Old Trafford. 25 mins to Old Trafford & Stretford Metro. Bus Stops into town and Altrincham are two minutes away. Local shops for amenities are on the doorstep.
