Spacious double room in dog friendly house

Hi, I'm Sarah, I'm a freelance producer currently at THG, and I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my house I'm Stretford, it's a nice spacious size, close a number of parks, including Sale waterpark, with Lidl, Aldi and Tesco not far away either. And travel routes to the centres at arms reach. .

I'm pretty laid back and try to go to the gym or do pilates most days. I'm clean, tidy, and love cooking. I do enjoy my own company, but would love to live with someone that fancies a glass of wine, or a pub quiz every now and again. I enjoy a night out, every now and again, and I love a hike, I'm usually out a lot over the weekend.

Looking for someone to move in this month preferably, I own a husky cross named Lola, so would be great if someone else with a dog was available too, as she would love the company.

Lola's a really friendly, happy dog, she can be a little shy at first, but that doesn't last long. She is a rescue, and loves to play, she'll be turning 4 in June. (Not cats)

It's a decent size double room, and there is use of the third room as well with a desk and shelves, I work in the office, so feel free to have a desk in there as well if you work from home.

The bedroom does come furnished, but if you have your own, or anything that can fill the space elsewhere, it's more than welcome. The house also has a garden, which I'll be sorting over the next few months.
