My current housemate is moving out and I'm looking to replace him.
It's a lovely house in Gorse Hill in Stretford. Any photos I take won't do it justice because a) my phone is shit and b) my housemate's stuff is everywhere. But happy to have a video call at any point so I can take you on a tour.
It's currently a very chilled house. I'm not over the top about cleaning but we have a once a week cleaning rota which works quite well and mostly clean up as we go along.
It's partly furnished as most of the furniture is my housemate's and he's selling a lot of it but it'll have the basics.
I'm looking for someone with the right vibe for the house i. e. moderately clean, reliable with bills and sociable.
