Directly across from Victoria Park which is really nice - I go there almost every day - perfect for pre/post work or a lunchtime walk

5 min walk to to tram stop with a direct line to the city centre or just round the corner for bus stop

Aldi and shopping centre X min walk

You’d be sharing with 1-2 other people. The guy, James, that owns the house has one of the rooms and it depends if anyone is in the other room - we’ve just had a long term tenant move into her own place so not sure yet who will be replacing her but James has great taste (if I do say so myself 😉)

Bathroom

Space to store a bike if you’re a cycler

Small yard out the back with a line to dry clothes when the weather is nice (so it may be a rare treat!)

You might notice some dog accessories around - he’ll be staying elsewhere and he’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed so there’s no dog hair around the house
